Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process during your trial period.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our customer service team will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the mattress at no cost to you.
Prepare for Collection
You do not need to wrap the mattress back in the original plastic or box; simply ensure it is accessible for the collection team on your scheduled date.
Receive Your Refund
After the pickup is confirmed by our partners, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
